By accessing this website or booking a service with The Lions Appliance Repair, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or our services.
The Lions Appliance Repair provides residential appliance diagnostic and repair services across Vancouver and West Vancouver, British Columbia, including but not limited to fridges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves and ovens.
Service appointments may be booked through our website, by phone or by email. We make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled window but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to factors outside our control.
Diagnostic visits carry a $0 service fee when the customer proceeds with the recommended repair. If the customer declines the repair after diagnosis, a standard service call fee may apply. Final pricing is communicated and approved before any repair work begins.
We use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts wherever possible. All completed repairs are covered under our 90-day warranty on parts and labour, subject to the terms outlined on our Warranty page.
Cancellation requests are subject to the terms outlined on our Cancellation Policy page, including notice periods and applicable fees for late cancellations.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the appliance being serviced, including clearing the surrounding area and disclosing any known hazards or prior repair attempts.
The Lions Appliance Repair is not liable for pre-existing damage, issues unrelated to the diagnosed repair, or consequential losses arising from appliance failure prior to our service visit.
