Our technicians check the thermostat, evaporator fan and door seal first, since one of those three is behind most cooling problems. Parts are carried on the van, so the majority of jobs finish in a single visit, with a 90-day warranty on the work.

We test the bake and broil elements along with the temperature sensor and door seal, and confirm the cavity is holding true to what the dial says before we sign off. Wall ovens and slide-in ranges, every major brand.
One burner refusing to light, or an element that only knows one setting? Cooktop issues are almost always contained to a single burner or its switch.
We isolate the faulty igniter or element and the switch feeding it, replace or clean as needed, and take a look at the rest of the cooktop while we have it open. Gas, electric or induction, all covered safely.
